This podcast was created for the first generation latinas that have carried the weight of their family’s trauma and generational curses that no one else had the tools to break. The ones that get called the peleoneras, the reganonas, and the perfeccionistas. The new moms trying to create better habits, and creating a safe space for their children. This is a safe space for those that have not had a place where they feel seen or those that have felt that they have not found their people. The women that listen to Backstreet Boys but also Vicente Fernandez. Las que se han sentido que no son ni de aqui ni de alla. There is nothing better than finding your people! Let this podcast be a part of your world to find your people!

Calladitas no nos vemos mas bonitas!

Calladitas no nos vemos mas bonitas!

Hey girl hey!
Come join me and lets figure this crazy life out together. This podcast is a project of mine in order to help other like minded women connect and feel like they have a friend in me. In Her Latina, I open up and put myself in a very vulnerable space to connect with other women by making confessions at the beginning of each episode that may have been shameful, embarrassing, joyful, or funny in my life. These confessions are experiences that I have taken as opportunities to learn and shed my perfectionism and letting go of anything that does not serve me. As a new mom, I also would like to be the support for new moms out there that need the additional encouragement, motivation, and support through this transition from woman to mom.
I am a firm believer in supporting other women. We, as latinas, need to support one another and take up space in this world to make it better for our families, friends, and children’s future. Let’s cut through the fluff that we live in. Lets have real, vulnerable and transparent conversations that will inspire one another and motivate one another to become the best version of ourselves. So join me and listen to my podcast, let’s laugh together, cry together, and learn from each others experiences because life is about growth! Vamos!
